I have the parts for this to work. I originally was going to use the e34 pan and pump so I took the dual pick up stuff off but then changed back to using the S54 dual pick up. I have the S54 pan and the pump/pick ups.

I also was going to run a VANOS delete so I removed the VANOS but then changed my mind after choosing a different standalone to put the VANOS back on. I have the VANOS but it needs to finish being installed and timed.

The motor has been in my garage the entire time I have had it, not outside.

Steal. You may want to post the build date of the motor, rod/main bearing condition and pics. This shouldn't last long if you do.

I have not removed any of the rod bolts or bearing so I am not sure the condition but I purchased this out of a running vehicle. I do not have the VIN of the car but I was told it was an 04. I THINK after looking at it is an older motor though based on the rod bolts themselves.

Honestly, I would recommend doing new ARP rod bolts and bearings on any used S54 if possible depending on how you plan to use it.

FYI, this motor no longer has the VANOS Delete or the DBC conversion. It now has the factory VANOS and DBW throttle.

It will also be coming with a standard S54 pan set up although a modified subframe and pan could be added for additional cost.
