They arent necessarily multi-lug, if you buy them in 4x100, theyll only fit 4x100. I dont know if the extra holes were possibly for 4x114.3, but they dont have the taper in them for the lug nuts to sit. Though I definitely agree that they would look alot better without the extra holes.

Thanks for the steaming pile ^ , before you start, these are NEW wheels in the Meister lineup. And for me to offer them at a discount is ridiculous.
