    E30 24v Complete Turbo Setup

As a grown up, I have decided to try to become debt free. So, someone is going to get a screaming deal as a result.

I built this setup this spring, and I've put about 1500 trouble-free miles on it.

    Details:

    BluntTech/Otis Manifold
Holset HX35W with brand new CHRA and 12cm exhaust housing
2.5" Aluminum hot side charge pipe
3" Aluminum cold side charge pipe
    28"x12"x2.5" intercooler
    Miller W.A.R. Chip
    Miller blo-thru MAF
    Tial 38mm MVS wastegate
    3" downpipe
    TRM oil feed tap
Aluminum oil feed and drain flanges
    Aluminum Russel drain fittings
-3an Russel stainless braided feed line
    4-ply silicone tubing for ICV
4-ply silicone couplers for charge piping
Forge 007 diverter valve to atmosphere
Mishimoto 14" pusher fan that fits between intercooler and radiator
    stainless wastegate dump tube
    Siemens 60lb injectors
    All stainless t-bolt clamps
    All HD silicone vacuum lines

I'm sure there is stuff missing. But, rest assured, that if I pull this off the car for someone, you will get every part for the turbo setup I have.

With the base tune on my S50 @8psi, I was able to put down 323whp and 260ft-lbs straight across the graph. It was a little rich, so I'm sure some more power could be found in tuning, and lots of power can be found in more boost.

I kept all the receipts from this build, and they add up to nearly $6000. I'm not asking that, though. I'm asking $4000 OBO, for everything. Shipping is negotiable.

    $4000 OBO

Pics (they suck, and I can get more/better pics if I need to)

    Thanks for looking.

    Tim

My car has a pink fender. In the rolling 1/4mi I hit 140mph crossing the line. They were radaring about 100yds before the line and I was at 126mph at that point.

I can also leave a number 11 on the highway @60mph in 3rd.

edit: apparently you can't embed vimeo here, or at least I have no idea how.

        $3500 for the turbo setup

$5000 for the entire car (that's less than I have into the turbo setup)

It has a Forge 007 diverter valve to open atmosphere.

At WOT it was between 10:1 and 11:1 for AFR. Cruising it was at 14.7:1 AFR.

You don't have to re-tune anything. You take out you chip, and plug in the Miller chip I have. Install the turbo setup. Bring it to a tuner, and let them have at it. Once a tuner has had his way with it, it will run beautiful, I'm sure.

Tuning is the one thing I didn't do, mostly because I wanted to see where the base tune was at. It was decent, but it needs to be tweaked.

Why no oil pan? What if you were sent another pan as a replacement?

I actually don't care at this point. You can have the pan with it.

I thought about it after I posted it. If I sold this, I could just buy a new pan.... derp moment, I guess.

Also, if there is any interest, I can include an M52. It's not complete, but if you have an NV motor, or a 2.5L, it would be a nice upgrade. And I would let that go real cheap too. I won't ship the motor, however.

Shit, if you gave me $4,250, I'd pull the S50, and you could have that with it.

Dammit... Dammit, dammit. That sounds so sick. It looks like a freaking blast too. I want to turbo my S50 so badly. This is ridiculous. If only I had a different Daily and some cash!
