Do the the skirts come with all the clips needed to install?

no. I bought them brand new. I didnt want to drill holes into my car and cause any rust problems down the rd. So I used double sided tape and three stainless screws in the pinch weld with sealer on them. If you want to drill holes in your car. contact blunttech.

Yes it did. I went to the local auto body supply store and got 3m prep wipes. Comes in a box of 15 and wipped everything down really well. skirts and rockers. You will prolly need all 15 wipes.
3m makes a really sticky double sided tape. not like the regular stuff they sell. Not a single problem. Just let it sit for a full day before washing the car or getting it wet.
