PA: M42 whole or part out

91 318is 5 speed, engine is still in the car, unknown mileage and unknown condition. Bought the car overheating, limped it home 20 miles or so stopping to let it cool down. Have no idea how long the previous owner drove it like this. Doesn't have any signs of mixing and wasn't dumping any kind of smoke but i can make no guarantees. Was shooting steam by the intake mani while it was cooling down, but i found a cracked rad hose was responsible. Will also part if theres interest. The intake manifold is off now as i started digging into it. If you want a pic of something more specific please don't hesitate to ask. Forum states i have to put a price so ill ask $300 but any reasonable offer will take this as i believe this is a long block for a rebuild at this point.

Everything is available drive train wise, from radiator to rear end as im planning to go m50 with the car.

I have no idea if the head is warped or not, i wouldn't think that it is since it shows no visible signs of bad headgasket or anything. But in reality, i have no idea if it is since i don't know how long the previous owner drove it overheating and would hate to ship you a head that you can't use. If you're still interested then toss me a PM
