It should work, you just need a MOMO-Nardi Hub adapter. But I will confirm once NRG opens.

what is the distance of the wheel away from the driver as compared to stock? is it much farther away?

It's actually about the same distance or a little bit taller.

The hub and quick release combo stands at a total 4.25" tall. the remainder of the distance is dependent on the wheel i.e. deep dish(3") or nardi/NRG wood wheels ~1.25"
