Viper Responder LE 5301 Alarm- Complete, was installed on my car simply for keyless entry, but was overkill. Does all kinds of crazy things like turn on your heated seats in the morning, auto-start, etc, etc, etc. Al wiring is there, 2 remotes. Only thing is you will need new 3m tape to mount the antenna LED thing in you car. I literally used like 4 wires for keyless, the rest was untouched.

E28 Mtech 1 Spoiler- All mounting studs there, rubber is in great shape. Fiberglass insert was a dirty white, so I plasti-dipped it as temporary solution. Spoiler has been mounted on my trunk, but not sure I like.
