I would be very interested in seeing before and after on the same dyno using the same cam. Otherwise, you can't really validate your machine work and any performance change could be attributed any of the other changed variables.

It's not unheard of for Spec E30s to approach 165 WHP (Dynojet) with a properly rebuilt stock head and stock tune.

I did not provide the numbers, a customer did.

We will be finishing our test car soon to get some baseline numbers and then re-dyno the car with one of our cylinder heads. We both are very busy ALL of the time so it only gets attention in the down time. Dyno testing will be done at Castro Motorsport.

All PMs and emails have been replied to!

We're finishing up two cylinder heads today. One fully built M30B35 head for a customer and an 885 head for Myster-E's personal 2.7i Super Eta based engine rebuild. We've also got 3 other heads on order! One stock and two "full dress".

Thanks everyone and have a great weekend.

          Some M20 action!

Shant's fully rebuilt Super Eta based 2.7i. Engine is rebuilt top to bottom, full ARP hardware, o-ringed block, welded head, performance valve springs, 274 cam, port/polish, HD rockers, balanced bottom end, crank scraper, and more. Don't forget the custom Myster-E valve cover by Kadunza Motorsport! All powdercoated parts were only mocked up for the photos. We'll be dropping it in this week!

Subscribed for this because I'm in the market for a ported head ...but because I have an engineering degree you can't convince me unless you show me numbers :drink:

We're still going to be doing this but things have been delayed. We finally finished the M20B25 swap in to the 325eS but it still needs a few issues buttoned up before we can hit the dyno for the base numbers. Things have been SO busy but we'll update when we can! :D

It's all good. I'm personally not in any hurry, my 2.8 stroker is feeling plenty strong, I just figure that once I finish up my ITB project I'm going to want a head that flows better. To add to your numbers database I'll dyno the car with the stock head and ITBs then a ported head and ITBs ;-)

Some flow bench numbers would be nice too...

I should have taken a better pic for you, but you can get the idea on just how much porting has been done, I would say I've taken 1/4 to 1/2 inch of material from the intake gasket on every intake port.

                            Hello,

This is my first post. I'll be eager to locate my very own e30 soon (after home closes).

I'm very interested in this setup and would like more information on the P&P with core exchange. Do you guys also perform customer installs? I can provide more information as well as have additional questions. I'll need details & pricing, etc. Hope to discuss with you folks soon...

                            Thanks

Thanks for the reply! We simply deduct $100 from the $1250 price if the customer provides us with a usable core 885 cylinder head. We can absolutely do installation as well. Please feel free to PM me with any questions! Happy to help.
