I am very interested in your service. My car is running perfect except a slight hesitation under hard accelleration and after sitting in drive for a few minutes starts to buck. I thought it was a vacuum leak but it turned out when I changed my timing belt but at the same time changing the starter, making sure the starter was installed and working I blipped the starter with timing belt off. I tested the compression and found #5 was 125lbs and is the cause. A slightly bend valve. Economy in mind and no performance upgrade needed, in fact would like a little bid more economy. if the head is flat and it only needs a couple of valves what would be the cost to fix head. Its a 86 325 es.
      Thanks

Thanks for working with us once again James!

In other news, the fully rebuilt M20B25 (boost ready) is out the door today! We're also going to get started on the installation of the Super Eta based 2.7i that we built for another local customer. Both engines are rocking our performance 885 cylinder head. Looks like we may be doing another 2.8L build soon as well!

Two more heads have gone out the door and we've just finished the install on the fresh Super Eta engine with our performance head on it. The car runs and drives great! We'll be taking off Thursday morning for a NYC/GFEST, aka some much needed time off! We'll be back at it next week to get 3 more heads out the door!

We built a 10:1 2.8L for a customer using our performance head and it made 197whp.

                            Thanks for the plot!

What'd you do on the best pull to get that jump from 3800 to red line compared to the previous runs? Timing adjustment?

Do you have a shot of the torque curve as well?

Sorry this is all I have. The customer had the car dyno'd. We weren't involved.

No timing adjustment though, it's on Motronic still with a SSsquid chip.
