I have a few of white base switches for retrofit in a e30. They work great and have the LED lights inside of them so no need to worry about the little bulb burning out. Come with flat bezels and plugs w/pigtails.

Not plug and play, but definitely doable with a file and some butt connectors in about a half hour.
