I have a lug stud conversion kit for e30 for sale. It was used on my old red e30 for about a year, and I just found the set in the garage while cleaning last weekend. It was designed for use with 25mm spacers, so they're plenty long for whatever application you may need.
I believe them to be originally sold by FK, as I got them with a set of FK spacers; however, I'm not sure who the original manufacturer was, so I don't have any stats on the metallurgy. They worked beautifully on my old e30 for a little over a year of street use and wheel changing. I'm also including a set of the open-end lug nuts that Turner sold several years ago that I purchased separately to use with the studs. You get 16 studs and 16 lug nuts. Pictures below.

They were stored dirty with antiseize, so I cleaned the studs up quickly with a wirebrush and a rag. They could use a deeper cleaning, but are totally viable as they sit. The nuts would take a nice polish with a buffing wheel, which I don't have.
