will it have any problems if you have an airbag replacing with this one?

I don't think its a direct bolt on, as the airbag steering column is a little bit different than non-airbag column, but we were able to fit a M-Tech 1 steering wheel on my brothers e30 that had an airbag before. You just need a bigger washer as AlpineM325 said.

Now you are ;) jk, but yes early model e34 wheels fit on e30s and vice-verse, and late e34 wheels fit e36 and vice-verse. Only difference is that e34 wheels are bigger, for instance M-tech 2 e30 wheel is 365mm if I remember right and e34 M-tech 2 wheel is 385mm.

In this album you can see the part # of the slip ring of original e30 wheel and compare it with the slip ring number that I've provided from my wheel.

As of the leather gloves, they should be available through you BMW dealer at 40$ per pair. If there are many people that are interested in them I might be able to get a price of 24$ per pair, but I don't promise! I've done it once but I ordered 100 pairs.
