So, its time to part with my 1st gen iPod as my wife wants an iPod nano. I bought this brand new in 2002. The iPod is in excellent condition and as it has always been in a case, the polished back has almost no scratches. This is a FireWire only iPod, so if you don't have a Mac, you'll need a FireWire card (about $20.00 at Fry's).
