      I had a set of these a few years ago, and after extensive research and hours wasted, there are no published specs I could find.

            For what it is worth, I am running the Suspension Techniques on my 325is. They are just slightly softer than the J-spec H&R springs on my vert but firmer than H&R sports. I really like them as an aggressive DD spring that will also do some AutoX duty.

              Looks like progressive springs from pictures. I also tried looking up specs with no avail, GLWS "MR 325".
