I think it would be fun to redo these, no idea how much lips cost, or how much a shop would charge to polish them, but the end result would be some sick ass rims.

And then I could sell my current ones to Matt.

IF they can be sourced. Refurb can run in the range of ~$1200 for a set of 3-piece wheels. End result is killer, but they will be expensive.

          Huh. Makes me think twice.

Can anyone point out a place to buy lips? I googled Kodiac/Kodiak lips, but nothing showed up except a thread on vwvortex.

I've seen some people take their wheels to a shop and they repair dents and curb rash...is that not suggested on 3-piece wheels?

schmidt makes lips too.... i think they are a little cheaper and they also make/ship them faster....

please let me know what is going on with these wheels and the measurements i asked for... and/or a pic of the rear of the wheel, at a slight angle

Price depends on what size lips you get. 1 to 2" lips go anywhere from $120 and up per lip. I don't know about repairing three pieces though, I would imagine it would simply cost more though...

                    ?
                    Google "kodiak racing"

It doesn't have prices for the lips on the site so you ahve to e-mail them.
