If you willing to cut and ship some metal as you say, how much do you want for both rear floorpans (really only need the 10x10" area around those big round plugs in the middle) and the passenger rear corner of the car around the taillight and battery box?

I'd also be interested in the section where the pass. c-pillar joints the rear quarter and the engine bay firewall harness cover.

it is not that easy to take it off an roll it up it would be better to just sell you the whole frame that it is on and ship it to you that way
