Well my refund went though... But not thanks to COLT. Called paypal this morning and with a complete lack of response to paypal regarding my claim, the funds were released to me no questions asked.
Again, I refer all reading this to here.
I just updated it with a complete copy of the communication (or lack there of) between Colt and I. Heres the facts, draw your own conclusion. :)
