Carpet can probably be shampooed and will look good except for tearing on the driver side foot area. I'll post some pics tomorrow. I have no idea how much the carpet weighs so, shipping quote ???

I am interested in the seats - kind of.
Is the ppassenger seat inside lower bolster torn or is it a "hole" in the shadow cast on it? Basically, I need upper and lower bolsters for my driver seat (who doesnt) and the heating pads for the seats. So the question is whether you are willing to strip out the pads (of possible) and the passenger inside upper and lower bolsters (if in good shape)
