    Time to move...?

Might need to find a new place to "set up shop" for the biz - landlord is getting complaints of too many unregistered cars on the property.

If anyone has any knowledge or can find anything in the NE MA area/SE NH area, please let me know. Storage (inside or out) for 5-6 cars, and 1-2 garage bays - either or both. Anything at this point.

Buy a half acre in Lower NH and put up a polebarn. Cheap. put a concrete floor in and walls and there you have it. Or rent a industrial building like most shops have, look for one in a rough industrial park that's in need of money and haggle your rent. Must be plenty of places in Nashua and Southern NH, or for that in Portsmouth region around Pease AFRB.

All good ideas - but where to look? Papers? Online? This is where I'm at a loss. Found my current location through craigslist. Nothing on there now. Nothing in the local paper (eagle tribune.)

Any help would be much appreciated - where to look, lines on places you've heard of, etc.

Goto local Libary and use the Sunday paper. Use Boston Globe and various other bigger city papers.

You buy you pay tax, renters don't but you will need a license of some sort possibly check with zoning laws....Homework time.

Move to ATL, you'd have a number one customer. ;)
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

lol - I do have to admit being up here is a bit harder. But I don't think I could ever be persuaded to live full time elsewhere.

            Shipping can happen, man...

Thanks man. I've appeased the landlord for the time being, but I know once the website goes up and my inventory grows, this isn't going to last. At $200 a month, I can't be lucky forever.

If you find something, let me know. Time to upgrade is near.
