E34 M50NV Drivetrain - ZF 310

I am a serious bimmerforums E34 nerd that is coming over here to peddle stuff. I am parting out a '92 E34 525i. The car is non-VANOS and therefore came with the very disireable ZF310 transmission.

I am hoping that I can find a buyer for the engine at least over here since it already has the E34 oil pan.

The car is in Reston, VA 20191.



The car ran great until this morning and in 20k has never given me any problems. It has been very reliable and fun to drive. However, due to a lot of dings and dents, the common E34 lower door rust, and faded paint, it has to go.


I know that the M50NV is rare relative to the M50TU, and that the ZF trans is far better than the Getrag 250 that came in the other E34 M50TU cars.

Trans price?

The Trans would have to be for $400 in order to make splitting up the E34 swap kit be worth it. A high price, but still I think within the reasonable range.
