I've got a pair of us ellipsoid lenses, and a pair of highbeam lenses.

how would i take mines off to replace with these?

replacement requires baking the headlights for about 10-15 min at 150-200 degrees

you can pop off the old lenses without baking, and silicone the new ones on, a lot easier than baking.
