running m20b25 and getrag 260

came out of my 87' 325is. 201k burned a little bit of oil but ran and pulled really well. tranny shifted good and never grinded.

-new plugs
-new wires
-new cap
-new rotor
-new timing belt
-new waterpump
-always got valve adjustments
-clutch less than 30k on it


-400obo for everything

I'm looking for an engine, butI don't need the transmission, so:
1) will you sell just the engine?
2) will you ship? (There's a company that will pick it up if it's on a pallet and deliver it to me for not TOO terribly much $$$)
