Some say that these "poly" mounts are stronger than the e28 alternatives....

these mounts provide the correct angles. e28 mounts are not angled but flex pretty easily the couple degrees that are needed. This is a more "propper" solution. You shouldn't really need shims as long as everything else is correct.
