* you can go another 0.4 inches lower if you remove rear pads and use e90 drop hats.

This is a good set-up for someone who's looking for a moderate drop and a smooth ride, and I don't ever bottom out with this set-up. In my opinion this is the closet thing you can get to stock M3 spring rate's, plus a drop in ride height. These springs are linear and I find them to be more predictable and compliant over progressive springs, such as H&R OE's or other's out there. People with older e30's may not like this set-up b/c of the high rear wheel arch's.

u honestly can't go wrong with this setup for a daily. I drive 250 miles a week on tokico springs/shocks and its pretty low as well (check sig). minimal body roll in the twisties as well.

From everything I know and read this kit will fit everything but all drive models (ix). However convertible models will need taller and/or stiffer springs in the rear because of added weight. Anyone out there who knows otherwise feel to post info here.

I really, really like the Tokico's for daily use too, the ride is predictable and compliant to all inputs. I dunno why the shocks get such a bad reputation. Anyhow I may end up keeping them, and pairing them up with some Hd's and thicker sway bars later. BTW your car looks a little lower then mine, do you have drop hats and removed rear pads on your set-up?
