Do the mounting screws on the e28 spoiler match closely to iS e30 spoiler?

I have not tried the spoiler on an e30, I know a lot of guys have put the e28 spoiler on their e30s. You can use this spoiler as a replacement for the m-tech 1 spoiler, because the m-tech is 'really' hard to find....
