will this fit e30 88 vert? i'll take it if it does!

Im not 100% but it comes with bomper shocks and mounting brackets, so i dont see why not. Im sure somebody else knows for sure though. i had a shipping quote done to VA, it was near $160.00 for the front bumper and lip. very close to the same for rear bumper and valence, just to give you an idea.

The prices are already as low as i wll go, and yes, they are off of a 1991 318is

how is the condition of it will i need to respray and do any body work to it? or i can just mount it?

I highlited the damage in the photo's. the rear bumper and valence are in good shape, the front bumper and lip do need alot of love. the spoiler just needs some buffing. keep in mind these parts usually go for a good deal more than i am asking. The first PM i recieved was someone telling me that he sold a rear end set like this for $500.00 alone.
