I have a 4BR 3BA Townhouse that I own in Florida. My family uses it a couple of times a year, and we rent it out when we are not there. My web page is www.disneyuniversalcondo.com.

It is located a few minutes from DisneyWorld, in Kissimmee. It is just a short drive to Sea World and Universal as well.

The few of you who are old enough to have kids would find this an ideal place to stay if you are going to visit Mickey. We have 4BR, including two master suites, and are in a gated community with multiple pools, tennis, volleyball, fitness center, etc., etc.

Just 40 minutes or so from Cocoa Beach, and a little over an hour from the Gulf, you can still go the beach easily.

I can also get discounted tee times at several local golf courses and discounts on tickets to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens and other attractions.

I think it is about an hour north of Sebring, FWIW.

If you refer me someone who stays a week or longer, I'll offer a $50 referral fee as well.

STFU!!!! I just paid my insurance premium, by the way. Here's hoping I won't need it. Charlie caused havoc in a bunch of complexes near ours, but ours, other than power outage for about 14 days, was relatively untouched.

Sorry, Spring Break is not 450 a week. 450 is for slow times, like January and February. What week are you looking at? I can get you a rate.
