I have a 5spd out of a 530i, m30 afm, e34 booster, and a good condition vert top in black. The trans is still in the car but I can pull it the same day as its sold. I can have pics of the top tomorrow if there is any interest in it. I would give the top an 8 out of 10. The rear window is in good shape but is starting to get a bit milky. I am pretty sure it will clean up nicely though. On to the prices.
