Eclipse CD7000 head unit, ipod adapter and tuning microphone. This is one of the best SQ units around. It is in decent shape. Not perfect but still good. There is some cosmetic wear here and there, but it works well and sounds great. Same for the ipod adapter. The remote control's battery cover doesn't stay on, but the batteries stay in on there own fine and it may be able to be modified to stay. The menu functions also worked okay to my knowledge. Also comes with the sd memory card. I am only selling it because I put a p99 in. $200 shipped
