Looks like matte black bumper trim paint and they attach with studs on the spoiler mounted through holes in the trunklid with 10mm plastic nuts.

It's supposed to be schwartz, the studs are on the spoiler and they attached to the trunk with nuts, but yes, the hardware is included.
