There are two slight tears on the bottom half of the rear seat. The left one is completely covered by the top half, and the right one is just barely where you can see it.
e36 window switches all work, but the backs are broken on all. make me an offer
e34 tan leather interior if you want something ask me i think ill most likely part out switches and electric headrests ~$150 (if that is outrageously expensive tell me i've no idea what they're worth)
5 speed swap stuff $500 or ill part it. will deliver to denver-fort collins-rapid city if you pay my gas one way ~$60
