I have a pair of Ground Control Caster/Camber plates that came with my GC coilovers. These have MAYBE 50 miles on them. I ended up switching to a simpler design because my car would be on the street much more often than on the track after talking with the folks at GC.

They have the 2.5" upper spring perch OD (for 2.5" ID springs) and are set-up for a 14mm strut diameter (Koni is what I am running).
New, they sell for $439 and these are so much like-new they may as well be it. GC tells me they're still not completely broken in with only 50 miles on them.
