    BNIB - OEM E30 Armrest/Cupholder

I have one brand new E30 armrest forsale, part number is 82-11-9-413-202. This part is NLA through BMW dealers and is probably one of the last ones still new in box. I am looking to get $250 shipped ($299.00 was retail) Please PM me if interested.

Wow. Awesome piece for a restoration - and at a great price. Crap used ones go for $150.

Not being familiar with the OEM, but interested because it is, can anyone comment on the stability and how this mounts? Also how it functions, i.e., Does the armrest open/slide? Does the cup holher disappear when not in use? Thanks!

It mounts onto the e brake console. There's a metal support plate that it screws into. It's super sturdy - but the arm rest slides back and forth. My last one was loose and would move around during accel and decel - but I think it was just worn out. It does not open. The cup holders retract. When you pull them out metal bars fold down that support the bottom of your can or whatever.

I have one now but haven't installed it. If it slides around like the last one I'm going to fix the position.

EDIT - after looking at the pictures it seems that I had my old one installed backwards!

I could never justify droppin 5 bills on a 80% markup from retail
