Big six AFM, black interior, intake kit, switches, big six throttle body.

    1. Big Six AFM
Pulled from a e28 535i. In great working condition.
Best offer over $85.00 or bid on ebay:

    2. E30 Black leather panels
    SOLD!

    3. Three (3) working BMW window switches
I am willing to sell together or break up. $12 each

    4. E28 Throttle body
I heard a rumor that you can get this to fit an m20 intake manifold. Wanna give it a shot?
$60 or $45.00 and a write up of you fitting this to an m20 manifold.
To clarify. I will charge $60.00 for this piece. If you get it to fit an m20 manifold and provide a writeup with pictures, I will knock off $15.00.

    5. E30 AFM flange
This is a stock BMW piece that bolts to your AFM. With this piece you can attach a cone filter directly onto your AFM with no need to buy an expensive intake kit. This piece only came on the early 318i AFM's...BMW then started bolting the AFM directly to the filter box and did away with this piece. Get this piece, a K&N cone, and fabricate a bracket for your AFM.
    $18.00
    OR
$60.00 for this piece and a Lukasmotors heatshield.

wait, so does the AFM need to have the electronics swapped out with the stock m20 unit, as described on dave's site?

I do not believe it does. I BELIEVE Dave said on bmwe30.net long ago that he thought it would work without any electronics swap.

      All I know:

3 years ago when I had an m20 engine, I threw on a big six afm with NO TINKERING. I simply stretched my intake tube and bolted on my previous cone and shield. I did notice a huge low end gain.

I say get it and bolt it up as is.

If the part #ends in 027, it is plug and play. If not, then you will have to swap the internals.

            BTW:

RC your car is HOTTT! It almost looks Henna in that picture but I doubt it is due to the year. Whatever color it is, it looks great with the IS piece and wheels. A+ bro

Look, stop spreading mis-information. I dont know how this became "truth", but its not. Not a pick on you wells, but I have seen this come up many many times.
I put in an 027 m30 afm, and it didnt work without swapping electronics. The 027 isnt the definitive "it will work". It is something else.
