When I installed my turbo I got rid of my small case and dropped in a 3.73 thinking I would like the lower revs. Turns out I don't so much, with the gearing of the G240. The 3.73 is in good shape and has about 150k on it from what the guy I bought it from said. No weird noises or excessive play or anything. It's still in the car, and I won't pull it unless something definite comes up. Must be a medium case and must be a clutch plate (not a viscous iX diff) LSD. I might consider +cash stuff as well.
