119k miles on the tranny, condition is last known to be good. This car sat for over a year without being driven, so the fluids will need to be changed. The previous owner said everything ran fine, and that the tranny shifted well.

Yup. The cabby seat is a little narrower and a lot more comfy. A coupe seat would be too wide.
