Ground control shortened shock tubes with brand new wheel bearings

Ive got a set of shortened shock tubes im not going to use

they have been sectioned 1.5 inches with the old spring mount removed and a low profile one installed.

are the hubs already installed on the spindles? willing to sell the strut tubes separately? Did ground control do the modification?

hubs are already installed and torqued down.

i did the modifications at my work, colonial engineering

this is the 10th set ive done.

did them up for a shell i was going to have my wife race, installed them so i could roll it around and started the cage and it was just too rusty, so i removed them and sold the shell. now these are for sale.
