      You'll have to call Ireland and ask them. I've never had them installed.

                lower or raise? I don't understand how they could lower the car if you are adding stuff to the setup, thickening the "stack"

                    keeep in mind here that these appear to be the STREET adjustable plates that can use the oe or M3 strut bearing......

                    .....they dont appear to be the street/race plates w/ the custom race bearing.......THESE plts lower car...Im not sure the others do.......?




                    I would love to buy them if they were the str/rce plts..........
