no e30 came with a 3.25 here in the usa. so, yes, you are correct it is "rear". those flanges look like e28. you might just mention that they will need to be swapped so there are no issues with the buyer.

to improve your market share, you can also say that this fits e28(as this is likely what it was removed from), e24, e36 ti and e36 z3. good luck with your sale.
