oh and by the way the dual inlet is really in so the rust area isn't effecting anything.

Upon further inspection of your pictures it looks like what you have is a stock E30 muffler with a ACS muffler tip welded on the end.

Real ACS mufflers have an AC Schnitzer logo stamped on the bottom but are also not rounded lke that. Also, in picture 3 you can see where the stock muffler tips aren't perfectly matched up to the ACS tip.

Not trying to crap just though you might want to know.

ACS is more square body and the tip is all wrong. Looks like a real tip but just rigged up to fit. Biggest give away is the way the outlet pipes don't align with the ACS tip. Agreed on the body ACS stamping, without that this is no real. Look and see what stamping you have.

where should the stamp be? and if you clean all the gunk off the muffler its made of shinny metal, doesnt look like stock muffler material

AC Schnitzer mufflers are black with the ACS muffler in the middle of the bottom. You can't miss it.

This is what it should look like:

They do sell the exhaust tips which is what you probably have on

ya its def not a acs muffler just a tip. can it be a replica of some sort because the muffler is a after market muffler.

Never heard of anyone ever producing a replica of a muffler the only thing close to the quality of an ACS muffler is made by Remus. There are lots of factory aftermarket mufflers and you can weld a ACS muffler tip to any of them but its still just an aftermarket muffler with an ACS tip.
