R 570 lbs/in

Cost to get these rates, and do I get the standard rate springs when I pay extra or am I just paying extra for the different springs?

315 lbs/in ~ 5.6kg, so I would say 6kg since Megan only offer even number rates.

570 lbs/in ~ 10.2kg, so 10kg.
