I have a 03 S54 with 122k miles. The engine is apart and everything is in good usable condition except for the pistons. I have the following parts available.

S54 Oil filter housing- 350 shipped
S54 Oil pan/pump- 450 shipped (double sump/ perfect for E36)
S54 Connecting rods- 175 shipped
S54 Block 300 (no shipping)
S54 Harmonic balancer-100
S54 Crankshaft- 500 shipped
