Alright, time to sell my car for real this time, if you're interested, feel free to make an offer. Asking $6,500 obo. It's a 1992 318ic with ~63,000 miles, I've had it since ~39k. What I have done to it:
Z4 3.0 SSK (~$60)
Kosei K1 Racing Wheels (~$520)
Fog Lights (~$200)
Custom Rollbar from Motorsport Connections (~$1,000)
H&R Cup Kit (~$700)
Alpine CDA-7998 and Alpine Amp (Don't remember the amp model- ~$750)
Leather E-brake Boot (~$25)
Info and why I'm selling:
The car is extremely clean for its' age and I love the car, but it's time to move on. Personally if I were to keep the car I would put new suspension on it to raise the car a bit as I recently cracked the oilpan. Oilpan is currently cracked, but it will be replaced as soon as I can make the appointment, probably by the end of this week or beginning of next. After about a year of ownership I was told that half of the car was repainted, although I couldn't tell for the year I owned the car. After talking with a PO we came to the conclusion that it had been keyed and that was why it was repainted, all original body panels and no body work to my knowledge (we used a paint meter on it). The fenders have been rolled to avoid the tires from rubbing in the front. When the fenders were rolled, the paint around the edges cracked and touch up paint was used to fix it so no rust would occur. It is hardly noticeable and some people have had to actually touch it to realize it. The interior is in great condition and is grey leather. The 318ic was not offered with leather and the PO had it reupholstered in leather because he didn't like the grey cloth. It has sport seats and they are in great condition, as is the entire interior. The top was also replaced at one point by the PO and is also in great condtion, about 6 months ago I replaced the rear plastic window since it was quite scratched at a cost of $500. The car could use a new set of front brakes, and possibly also the rear. This is all I can think of right now and if you would like more information feel free to ask.
Edit: I also remembered that there is a small dent on the hood where someone apparently hit my car in the mall parking lot, it isn't a big deal and I was quoted less than $100 to have it fixed at a paintless dent removal place.
I don't have many pictures online right now since my internet is down and I'm not posting it from my computer, but I plan on cleaning the car and taking pictures after the oil pan is replaced.
