PA: DOT-R getreg 260 5spd manual trans

have a BMW DOT-R (bmw factory replacement) getreg 260 5spd transmission for sale. trans was pulled from a 87 325e with around 170k but as its a replacement trans miles are unknown on it but i would assume rather low as 260's usualy dont fail at low milages. trans appears to be in good shape and has nice looking fluid in it. in the spirit of full disclosure i will say that the DOT-R sticker did fall off while i was cleaning the trans, i could reattach it but wanted to be completly honest about this, fellow r3v memeber 20gmr can vouch for the fact that the sticker was on this trans when pulled, i just got a little carried away with a nylon brush trying to clean it. trans is located in Lansdale PA 19446, just outside the philly area. would prefer a local sale but am willing to build a crate and ship at buyers expense. could also deliver this trans to near by folks $ SOLD

BTW, these are pretty easy to ship... Get a large heavy duty storage bin, cut a piece of plywood to fit the bottom of the bin, use rachet straps to secure the tranny to the plywood, and ship it in the storage bin. They are not that heavy and can ship via UPS for FedEx ground. I've shipped blocks and cylinder heads in the same fashion.
