I remember someone was making reproduction mounts becuase the OEM ones are NLA, but they cost around 100$. However if your ghetto like me you could just go to your local hardware store buy some loooong bolts drill holes in your DB & call it a day. Honestly a better alternative than buying mounts that is unless you love your DB so much you wouldnt drill holes in them.

Long as in at least 6inches? And excuse my newbiness, but what is the DB? Also do you think some bondo would take care of the damage on the side?

DB as in diving board. Early US bumpers. You could bondo it, but I wouldn't expect it to last forever before it cracks. I would fiberglass the back side for some strength then bondo, but I see you have euro bumpers. This wouldn't work for you anyways.

I see you have a US valence instead of a euro. Euro valence have lower cut outs for Foglights. There are many options for early euros. Check my lip ^^^ under foglights that's is a Pfeba lip for early e30. Many other OEM/aftermarket stuff just do a search. Goodluck bro.

There is a really good write up on how to mount the IS air dam only using the "reinforcement bar" that is mounted across the top. I cant remember where it was. But basically, bolts go thru the bar, the top edge of the valance, and finally the DB bumper. IMHO, this way of mounting the early valance is far superior to even the factory mounts when brand new.

                  Anybody know the write up?
