This is a new--the last one made, I'm told--Sparco Circuit. I bought it to replace my current Circuit pro. It's brand new. I mounted it in the car, realized it's a different size, and took it out. Because of FR Sport's "no return on installed parts" policy, I can't return it.
It's in "new" condition because it IS new.
