I'd buy it if I could spare the room. Car is in Columbus - I have seen it - and the seller is a good guy - I have done some parts business with him.
If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll get you his contact info and send you pics.

Actually, I would like $1800. Even though there is some work to be
done, the car is in good mechanical good shape. The odometer shows
246k, but the top end was rebuilt at 196k. The timing belt was
changed at that time also. It does leek a little oil, but that is
from the oil pan gasket, which needs to be replaced at some point.
New brakes and rotors were installed over the summer, as were new
tires all around and a full tune-up. The fender I got from you has
been put on the car, as well as brand new bumper strips on the front
and rear. ABS is not functional because the front drivers sensor was
cut when the previous owner had a tire blow out. The brake lining
sensor was also cut at that time, so both indicator lights are on.
Other electrical issues are as follows:
1. Wiper fluid sensor wire was cut, so the indicator light is on
2. Passenger window is slow to roll down and up
3. Driver window wiring was cut and does not function properly
4. One of the brake light bulbs is out and needs replacing
Physically, the car is in decent shape. Since you saw me last, I
replaced the black trunk with that red one you provided me, and I
replaced the plastic bumper filler with non-warped pieces (the front
pieces are not flush with the bumper). These, however, came from a
bronzit colored car.
The exterior of car could use the following:
1. Paint.
2. Side molding strip installed
3. New front grille assembly installed
4. New weather stripping around the power windows
Also, while the convertible top is fairly news and is in excellent
condition, the rear window is fogged. And the front air dam is
currently off the car, but I have it. Two screws broke off on it and
need to be drilled out before reinstalling. One of the fog lights
will need to be replaced.
The interior of the car is generally in good shape. There are no
cracks in the dash and no tears in the back seat. Both rear speaker
grilles are intact, however one is slightly loose despite having new
clips installed. New top boot shocks were installed over the summer.
The interior could use the following:
1. Front seats are torn, although the drivers side is significantly
worse than the passengers.
2. While the dash is not cracked, there are two small dimples above
the glove box where someone might have tried to use a screwdriver
3. The LED backlight on the on-board computer does not work
4. The OBC temp gauge does not work
5. The handles and trim on both doors could be replaced
6. The convertible handle release needs replacing
A lot of this is minor, but I want to disclose everything. I have a
lot of parts to complete this work, including the interior door
handles and trim, the exterior molding pieces, the old black trunk
with full spoiler, replacement interior door panels and one seat back
(even though they are not necessary).
A couple of pics are attached, and I have many more if your friends
are interested.
