I actually want to keep everything together as of right now.

I just called Ireland Engineering and they said they don't give their spring rates due to competitor copying their rates. However, they did tell me the comparison of their springs vs H&R sport, Race, and Eibach sport (yes, I know this is bias info so believe what you want). They said that their springs is much stiffer than both sport version of Eibach and H&R. They created their spring to compete more against the H&R race and said that their spring is about the same but becomes a little stiffer at higher speed to prevents rolling. That's what the guy told me and I'm just relaying the message. Those who have experience different setups can chime in.

As far as my experience goes, I like them a lot. I've never installed the setup I have in my car but I got to drive/ride an e30 with billie sports + IE3 springs while I was down in GA. It's hard for me to compare IE3 vs H&R race but my friend recommended them so I got em.

As far as ride heights, it's 2" in the front and 1.5" in the back.
