I've got an m54b30 I purchased through technika motorsports in Atlanta. It has new belts, thermostat, waterpump, rear main seal, plus more. Motor has 150k miles on it and a 6 month warranty. Came from a 2001 330i. It is a complete motor from top to bottom. All front accessories, intake and exhaust manifolds, wiring harness, coilpacks, fuel rail, etc. EWS AND DME in the car are messed up and I don't feel like shelling out the money to fix it. Motor is a good running motor.
Would like $2200 as a complete motor. Also have a 5 speed for it $500. Shifts smooth and in good shape, trans has 190k miles, was driven by an older woman who took proper. care of the car and probably never took it over 50mph.
