    E30 M-Tech 1 Spoiler

Up for sale is a nice condition M-Tech 1 lip spoiler. I've completely gone through this wing in preparation for putting it on my car, but have now decided to seek out a full M-Tech 2 kit. The rubber has been 1000 grit wet-sanded to keep it smooth, the bolts that hold in the insert were replaced, I have all new OEM plastic nuts, brand new OEM rubber mounting pads, the insert is zinno, this is a very very nice piece. The only flaw is that one of the studs is missing. The paint on the insert is not a very nice finish, it was rattle canned zinnoberrot and the clear coat is hazy. The rubber is in excellent condition. Please note it is very dusty in the pictures, it's been sitting on a shelf for a few months. Price is $339 shipped OBO.

I will consider trades for OEM M-Tech 2 Body Panels!

I have a question about these spoilers...is that painted insert integral to the wing or can it be removed? Thanks and GLWS

The painted insert can be removed. If you see in the pictures, there are three empty holes. In those holes goes a screw and washer that screws into the insert (I have these three screws brand new from BMW).

Alright, that makes sense. I saw what I thought was just the rubber section on a Craigslist car and was almost sure that was the case, but didn't know for sure. Thanks!

Do you have a close-up picture of the front side rubber. How's the texture after the sanding?

It's smoother than ever. It wasn't really sanding, it was 1000 grit wetsanding with tons of soapy water so there really wasn't much "sanding" going on, more just smoothing. I'lll get some high res close-ups on Thursday.

Bump for more pics with close-ups of the rubber. The rubber is in excellent condition.
